About ME

My career as an interior designer started more than forty years ago! I graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior and Environmental Design. After graduation, I worked for an office interiors firm where I focused mainly on commercial design. I worked for a variety of clients including private employers with smaller spaces and large corporations with complex headquarters and complicated arrangements.

After a year, I decided I wanted to begin my own firm primarily because I wanted to be more heavily entrenched in the entire design process. Since that first year, I have worked steadily to gain a broad client base that reaches all corners of Indiana and beyond.

Tiann Coy Designs was incorporated in 1986. The firm has diversified into both commercial and residential projects with a continually increasing residential client base.
